4th Annual Bronson Blueberry Festival

Come join us Saturday May 19, 2018 for the fourth annual Bronson Blueberry Festival.
There you will find all things blueberry, from fresh blueberries to a wide assortment of
other foods made with blueberries. Other delicious foods will also be for sale.

The Blueberry Festival will host local growers with fresh berries for sale. Vendors will be
on hand selling a wide assortment of crafts and other goods. There will be music and a
children’s play area.

The morning of the festival the 5k Blueberry Stomp will take place with registration
starting at 7am and the race starting at 7:30am. The 3.2-mile course will wind through
town to finish in the James H Cobb Park.

The festival will be held Saturday May 19, 2018 9am – 2pm. If you are interested in being a
vendor please contact the Town Hall for an Vendor Application @ 352-486-2354.

Schedule of events

Blueberry Pageant Saturday May 12th starting at 9am- Please submit applications by April
26, 2018. Pageant open to girls newborn- 15 and boys ages 3-5 with several categories &
girls 16-18 years old
. The pageant will be held at the Bronson Elementary School Cafeteria starting at 9:00.

Blueberry Parade Friday May 18th starting at 6:30pm – Please submit Registration forms
by May 7, 2018.

Blueberry Stomp 5K Saturday May 19th starting at 7:00am – Please submit registration forms
by April 14, 2018. Registration is accepted on race day. The 5k will begin and
end in the James H Cobb Park. The route will take runners & walkers through town.

Blueberry Festival Saturday May 19th 9am-2pm- The Blueberry Festival will be held in
the James H Cobb Park, those wishing to be a vendor please submit an application by
May 14, 2018. The Festival will include music, food, Tractor Show, and a kid’s area. Vendors will
be on hand selling crafts, blueberry inspired foods and other items.

Trunk or Treat

The Town of Bronson is pleased to present the annual Trunk or Treat event at the James H Cobb park. This event will be held October 29, 2016, starting at 6:30pm. Children ages 12 and under may walk the trail of vendors to collect candy. Older children may enjoy walking through the Haunted House. Concessions supporting Bronson Parks and Recreation will be available for sale.  There will be a Halloween Costume Contest for children ages 12 and under. Various vendors will be on-site selling treats. If you would like to participate in the trail of treaters or for more information, please call the Bronson Town Hall @ 352-486-2354.
