NOTICE OF SECOND PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 26-04
BEFORE THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY AND THE TOWN COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 166.041(3)(a) Florida Statutes, that the Town of Bronson Local Planning Agency and Town Council will hold A second public hearing on June 15, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Dogan S. Cobb Municipal Building, 660 East Hathaway Avenue, Bronson, Florida for the purposes of considering the below identified subject matter:
TOWN OF BRONSON ORDINANCE NUMBER 26-04, AN ORDINANCE FOR AUTHORIZING THE REZONING OF PARCEL NUMBER 0345800000 (945 EAST HATHAWAY AVENUE) FROM COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD (C-N) TO COMMERICAL GENERAL (C-G) INCLUDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BY THE PLAN BOARD OF TOWN OF BRONSON, FLORIDA.
At the aforementioned public hearing, all interested parties may appear to be heard with respect to the matter. Copies of Ordinance 26-04 are available for public inspection at Bronson Town Hall located at 650 Oak Street, Bronson, Florida during regular business hours.
All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BRONSON, FLORIDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ordinance, which title hereinafter appears, will be considered for enactment by the Town Council of the Town of Bronson, Florida, at a public hearing on June 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Dogan S. Cobb Municipal Building, 660 East Hathaway Avenue, Bronson, Florida. Copies of said ordinance may be inspected by any member of the public at the Bronson Town Hall located at 650 Oak Street, Bronson, Florida during regular business hours. HOWELL, SENIOR PLANNER FOR JBPRO, AS AGENT FOR ALOMA ESTATES, LLC, UNDER THE REGULAR AMENDMENT PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED IN SECTIONS 163.3161 THROUGH 163.3248, FLORIDA STATUTES, AS AMENDED; PROVIDING FOR AMENDING POLICY 1-5 OF THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT BY CHANGING THE MAXIMUM DENSITY OF DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE FROM TWO DWELLING UNITS TO FOUR DWELLING UNITS WITHIN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LAND USE CATEGORY; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
